(L-R) Camp Courageous Board Chair, Mary VanHouten, presents the Camp Courageous Tall Pine Award to Madeline Borrett at this year’s Pineapple Gala.  Madeline was recognized for her exceptional work and dedication to the Manchester Garage Sale.  For over 25-years Madeline Borrett has been a natural leader at the Manchester Garage Sale.  Her softspoken personality and incredible dedication and hard work has been nothing short of exceptional.  She has led about every aspect of the Sale but is best known for her work on the Christmas Sale and her Christmas in July Sale, which entails a lot of work.  She is extremely respected and appreciated by all.  The plaque reads,  “In sincere appreciation of exceptional dedication in making possible the dream of coming to Camp Courageous a reality for thousands of campers with disabilities.”  Congratulations Madeline!
