Camp Courageous was saddened by the recent passing of Deborah (Tholen) Kuker (L).  Deb was the daughter of Duane & Gladys Tholen.  Gladys, was known by most as the ‘Cookie Lady’.  Over the years 100s of dozens of her cookies would come to Camp Courageous…a real ‘sweet’ heart in every sense of the word.  Deb & Cynda followed in their mother’s footsteps as two hard working, good and caring individuals. Cynda, who is a ball of energy, has had a rough year, with her mother dying a year ago, her husband, Michael Ingalls, dying seven-months ago, and now her sister passing, about a year after her mother.  Cynda has been very kind to Camp Courageous, which her entire family loved, by giving wonderful memorials to each.  The family’s legacy of kindness will long live her at Camp.  It was Deb’s desire to have her memorials come to Camp Courageous.  www.campcourageous.org/donate
