A huge thank you to all those who contributed to the Camp Courageous appeal for toilet paper!  Not only did the Post Office call to give Camp a heads-up we would need a large van for all that came into the Monticello Post Office; UPS, Fed Ex, and Amazon were busy with loads of TP too.

(L-R) Jen and Jan Short (board member) also brought a huge load to Camp.  Jen is from the Omaha area and has been home (Winthrop) regularly since her dad, board member Phil Short, passed.  Jen made her friends aware of the Camp’s need, and she had a huge outpouring.  Saving money is as important as raising money at Camp Courageous.  We turn off lights, Camp has solar, and we don’t buy things, like TP, because the camp has so many wonderful and dear friends that will provide.  Needless to say, with nearly 10,000 campers, Camp goes through a lot of TP 😊
