Jim Vermazen, Manchester, IA Passes…Son of John & Be Vermazen–Vermazen/Carver Pool
Camp’s sympathy goes out to the family and friends of , whose roots were in Manchester, IA. Camp first met Jim through his very active parents, John & Be Vermazen of Manchester. John & Be donated half the funds that were needed to build the beautiful Vermazen/Carver Indoor Pool at Camp Courageous. In addition, Jim’s Mom, Be, was a regular volunteer at the Manchester Garage Sale. Jim and his wife, Marilyn, continued in the tradition of being good supporters of Camp in word and deed. Good, salt of the earth, caring folks…Jim will be dearly missed!
