Camp Courageous Board Member, Peg Slusher, stands between a van she joined with others to provide Camp Courageous and the “Hawkeye” that Peg and her late husband, John, provided the Camp Courageous Medical Team to handle emergencies…it is a 4-wheel All-Terrain Ranger Ambulance.  John & Peg have been involved with Camp for decades.  The picture on the back of the van is of John & Peg being recognized at a University of Iowa Football Game for their exceptional support and reads “Follow your dreams and believe you can achieve them, no matter your disability.  Believe in yourself.”  Peg is a regular volunteer at Camp.
