A huge thank you to Kathy Nelson (back left) for organizing this group of ladies to carpool to Camp Courageous for a grand tour.  We had an absolutely WONDERFUL morning!  We visited about the old days of Beta Sigma Phi (international noncollegiate sorority), when they were actively involved with several large fund raisers for Camp Courageous.  That was a time few had heard of the Camp. These ladies broke off and became the ‘Sassy Sisters’, also doing business as the ‘most lovely minded and socially respected women of the community’…got-to-love them!  We reminisced about Dotty Cummins, who was a sister, and so much of the Camp’s past.  They were a delight to have at camp, and they were all overwhelmed by the goodness they saw…  We appreciated the opportunity…and open it up to others who would like to visit.
