During this class, Camp Courageous’ Aquatic Director will lead you through a series of cardio and strength training exercises such as water jogging, bicep curls, leg lifts, and barbell moves. You will not be swimming. All exercises are performed in the shallow end of the Lap Pool with your head above water. Water Aerobics is low-impact and easy on your joints. This is the perfect form of exercise if you have joint problems, are recovering from an injury, or have chronic pain.
