It was a honor to have (L) Ron Burmeister, (Bettendorf, IA) Chair of the Board and (R) Pat Rounds, (Urbandale, IA) CEO of  Petroleum Marketers Management Insurance Company travel to Camp Courageous, to present a check to Camp Courageous in Honor of Charlie Becker’s 46-years as the Camp’s director.  Forty-five of those 46-years has been in a very close relationship with FUELIowa (formerly the Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Stores of Iowa).   PMMIC is the industry leader in providing petroleum storage tank liability coverage for underground storage tank insurance.  PMMIC is owned by petroleum marketers of the past and present.  The check presentation was made in front of the FUELIowa Gazebo at the Center of Camp Courageous.  The Gazebo was provided by long time Petroleum Marketer and Friend of Camp Courageous, Ron McGauvran.  Ron McGauvran was among the original PMMIC Board Members…a real legend in the industry and in his kindness to others.
