In the Spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, Camp Courageous hosted its annual Shamrock Shindig with campers attending from across Northeastern Iowa. Campers, their staff and families drove from near and far including Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Guttenberg, and Vinton, IA!

Campers, their families and staff all joined in the festivities. DJ RoRo led the dance floor with line dancing and a limbo competition. If dancing was not your “jig”, crafts were made and leprechaun games were played. The party did not stop only on the first floor; downstairs of Durgin Pavilion, campers bowled, played skee-ball and competed in games of pool.

Campers, staff, volunteers and family members were all decked out in green so no one got pinched and laughs could be heard from across the Durgin Pavilion!
