Pease update all medications listed in the campers’ application before they arrive at Camp Courageous. If the medication and treatments aren’t updated in the application, this drastically slows the check-in process.
All pill medications should be packaged by a pharmacy and sent to Camp Courageous two weeks prior to the check in date whenever possible.
Note that online camper application forms and medication changes will be locked out approximately two weeks prior to a scheduled arrival date. Notify Camp Courageous Nursing by telephone of any medication changes within the two weeks before arrival.

Contact Your Pharmacy
All pill medications should be packaged by a pharmacy and sent to Camp Courageous two weeks prior to the check in date whenever possible.
If the pharmacy does not pre-package medication, bring all medications in their original prescription or over-the-counter packaging. Please provide the exact amount needed for the full Camp session plus 1 extra dose. For example: if the camp session is from Sunday through Friday, the camper will need 6 doses plus one extra dose (7 total doses).
Please do not bring more doses than requested. Excessive amounts of medication will add to check-in and check-out time.
Bring liquid and topical medications, or any other medications that require refrigeration, to the nursing area on the day of arrival for check-in. They do not need to be prepared by a pharmacy and should remain in their original packaging.
Pharmacy-prepared Pill Pack. One pack of pills for each time doses are prescribed.
Pharmacy-prepared Blister Pack. One blister/bubble of pills for each time doses are prescribed.
Liquid and topical medications may remain in their containers. No preparation by pharmacy needed.
