Wizard of Oz the musical leaves Campers thrilled
Last Saturday, a group of campers followed the yellow brick road to Theatre Cedar Rapids to catch the Wizard of Oz musical!
For dinner, the group ate at the Rock bar American Grill, the travel group always eats a meal at this restaurant if we are in the area, as they are always accommodating, patient, and kind to our group.
After a delicious meal and snapping a group photo with our waiter Kirby, we walked to the theatre.
Not long after we made it, everyone took their seats excited to journey over the rainbow.
The campers followed the musical adventure of the Scarecrow, Tinman, the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy, and Toto. At the end of the show the actors received a huge round of applause and a standing ovation. The night came to an end, and everybody was picked up after a great musical.
