Jefferson High School Softball Team gives back at Camp Courageous!

This weekend, Jefferson High School Softball Head Coach Kelsey Kudej and the J-Hawks team kicked off their Saturday volunteering at Camp Courageous!

The players all loaded up in school vans and traveled out to Camp Courageous to build upon their softball season by giving back.

The players and coaches helped clear, clean and stock campsites around Camp Courageous. The team was lead by their two coaches, Kesley Kudos and Paige Carter and jump straight into action clearing debris, raking paths, shoveling out fire pits and stocking wood for future campfire nights to come.

The team worked together to make light work of the sites and ensure they are ready for all campers and staff to campout this Wednesday night!

Camp wishes the best of luck to the J-Hawks as they face off Cedar Rapids Washington in a double header at home tomorrow night at 5pm CDT!
